The Hot Keys menu item opens a form where hot keys may be selected and specified for various actions.

Hot Keys are selected in the same manner one does for Windows Shortcut’s, namely by selecting (and testing) the preferred key combination. If the chosen combination is not already in use then it can be applied and saved. If it is already in use by another application that function should be performed to demonstrate the combination is already selected. (For example opening a particular application)

The TimesOwn Hot Key will toggle the display of TimesOwn from and to the System Tray, for ease of opening and closing TimesOwn. A typical preferred combination might be Ctrl+Alt+T.

The Calendar Hot Key will open and close the Calendar form again without using the mouse. A typical preferred combination might be Ctrl+Alt+C.

The Meeting Planner Hot Key will open and close the Meeting Planning Window also without using the mouse. A typical preferred combination might be Ctrl+Alt+M.

The Timer Hot Key will open and close the Timer Window, without using the mouse. A typical preferred combination might be Ctrl+Alt+I.

The Hot Key Selector Hot Key will open the Hot Key form for changing of Hot Keys, when this has been enabled. A typical preferred combination might be Ctrl+Alt+H.

The default is that no hot keys are set.
