The timer runs in its own window. It can be started, stopped, restarted or reset.

The time is also displayed in the caption. This means the timer may be minimised to the Task Bar and the timing will remain visible there, without needing to restore the Timer window. TimesOwn, in the same way, displays the Caption time in the Task bar.
